Before going into the washing machine, crates are turned upside down and any litter is removed with a litter remover, attached to the turning device.
Typically, the crate washing machine consists of pre-washing, washing, rinsing and drying modules.
To achieve the best washing and drying results, the water used for washing is heated up either with electricity or steam. Usually, the washing machine also has an automatic detergent dispensing system. Available optional accessories include sticker removal and drum filter units, for example.
The capacity of the washing machine is usually between six hundred and two thousand crates per hour. If needed, the washing machine can be delivered with two lines, doubling capacity.
